This is by Joelle Workman. I've been really interested in doing a piece like this for a long time and it was womderful to see someone I know do it really well. I guess I will have to get on that.

These are by iseloom, yet another flickr find. Clearly I am a sucker for windows and beds. Clearly. But this one is especially nice because it can be very hard to get a good exposure of what is beyond the window and what is indoors at the same time and she does it well.

These are by Les Brumes. I think they are all heavily photoshopped...a lot of his images are created only using a scanner, but I really like it anyway. The first one looks like all those German expressionist silent movies made right before WWII. I just wrote a paper on Cabinet of Dr. Caligari and it reminds me a lot of this. I'm into it.

These are by Tracey Emin. I'm pretty much obsessed with Beds, I think. And text.
If this blog has taught me anything about myself, it's that.

These are by Huger Foote, he studied under William Eggleston and I think his work is very nice.
The color and light look dead up like Eggleston, but he has a lot of images using reflections...although I don't think I included many (if any) here.

These are by Erin Roddy, she has pretty light and interesting subjects. She's pretty young and I like how her website is set up. When I get around to making mine, I think I like the idea of having the cameras linked to flows of pictures from that camera.

Those two are by Kelly Burgess, I stumbled across her and many others on http://www.theoneswelove.org/home.html . It's a cool project. The color is nice in her photographs, although the first seems a little bit too set up to me.

I can't decide if I hate this or love it. I love the colors, the light, the aged scratches and things, however a lot of it is photoshopped....obviously....but she does a good job. I don't know how I feel. It's by Rosie Hardy.

These are by "krisatomic," a girl a couple of my friends showed me about a year ago. She lives a terribly glamorous life and is always posting pictures from fashion photo-shoots and tea parties. Her pictures are beautifully color-balanced...always nearly perfectly color-balanced and sharp. Every time I see her pictures I wish that I would always carry my digital SLR with me so my silly pictures of friends would look classy instead of like bad myspace shots taken with someone's mom's point and shoot camera.
